calendar: Create, Read, Write, and Work with 'iCalendar' Files, Calendars and Scheduling Data

Provides function to create, read, write, and work with 'iCalendar' files (which typically have '.ics' or '.ical' extensions), and the scheduling data, calendars and timelines of people, organisations and other entities that they represent.
